SRP have been asked to produce the music for the Thanksgiving Day football half-time show at the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers game, which will air on Fox with a viewing audience that is estimated to be more than 17 million people. It will feature performances by 3 SRP artists Vita Chambers (SRP/Universal Motown), Kem (Universal Motown), Melanie Fiona (SRC/Universal Motown), Hal Linton (SRP/Universal Motown), Shontelle (SRP/SRC/Universal Motown), and Forever The Sickest Kids (Universal Motown) as part of a tribute to the 50th anniversary of Motown.

Vita Chambers recently shot a video for her new single Young Money in Los Angeles, it was directed by Rage. Young Money will be going to radio in early January. Vita has also recently been in the studio working with SRP, Jimmy Harry, Kevin Rudolf and S*A*M* & SLUGGO.

Rihanna’s much-anticipated new album Rated R is in stores now. Rihanna will be performing on X Factor on November 29th, which airs on ITV in the UK. On December 2nd, Rihanna will be performing on Ellen. She will also be performing on Saturday Night Live on NBC on December 5th.

Vita Chambers and Hal Linton both recently performed at the 2009 Soul Train Awards in Atlanta. The show will air on November 29th on Centric and BET at 8pm.

Hal Linton is finishing up the recording of his upcoming debut album. His single will be hitting radio in January. Hal has recently been in the studio with Robin Thicke, Rico Love, Jim Jonsin and Bruno Mars.

The Urgency’s new single Paranoid, produced by Mike Watts, will impact radio in early 2010.

Shontelle recently shot her video for her new single Licky (Under The Covers) in Los Angeles, it was directed by Ray Kay. Licky impacts radio in January with a new album to follow in April. Shontelle has been in the studio with Frank E & Sean Garrett, Jimmy Harry & Tony Kanal, Arnthor Birgisson, Harry Sommerdahl, and Martin Hansen. In the near future she will be working with Jim Jonsin, Danja, Rico Love and SRP among others.

Cara Salimando is busy working in the studio finishing up the writing and recording of her debut album. She recently confirmed multiple performances at SXSW in Austin, TX in March 2010.

SRP recently signed a new act to their joint venture with Universal Motown. The act is the young songwriting duo of Taylor Berrett & Matt Harrison who are from Virginia.
