Our apologies for leaving you all in the dark for so long.
What can we say that you already don’t know? At this point in her career, not too much at all since the gossip blogs are posting things seemingly as soon as they happen. So we’d like to extend a “thank you” to everyone for the coverage. To name a few: Just Jared, Perez, and MTO.
Talk That Talk reached certified Gold says in mid-December, Platinum can’t be too far away now.
The latest addition to the SRP roster. Upon meeting with L.A. Reid, Kandace is now part of a joint venture between SRP & Epic Records.
Kandace is an amazingly talented singer/pianist/songwriter from Nashville, TN. Evan & Carl have been working with Kandace for just about a year now, and the results have been nothing short of amazing! There are 3 songs uploaded on this site right now. Shontelle has been keeping very busy lately. She seems to be in the studio more often than not, and has also been performing internationally from Norway to Dubai to Lebanon. As soon as the music’s ready, you’ll be the first to know.
Vita has recently relocated to Los Angeles and has been putting in some serious time in the studio! She’s been working closely with The Cataracs and will soon be working with The Suspex and KC Livingston.
2012 has started out pretty well for Taylor. His debut EP Anchor Chasing is available now on iTunes

Our first signing to SRP Music Publishing has been having an amazing run. He produced the bulk of the most recent Tyrese album, Open Invitation, placed a song on the new Mary J. Blige album, and has recently been in the studio with Keyshia Cole, Day26, and K. Michelle to name a few. Keep an eye on Brandon, there are big things coming from him. Follow Brandon on Twitter

Rihanna’s fifth album Loud is in stores now and has sold nearly 4 million copies worldwide. She also recently won a Grammy for Best Dance Recording for “Only Girl (In The World)” and picked up a Brit award for Best International Female Solo Artist. She is currently touring Australia with her “Last Girl On Earth” tour performing to sold out arenas, and will be bringing it to the U.S. this summer.
Shontelle just finished a UK tour opening for Jason Derulo. She is now back in the U.S. doing promo for her new single “Say Hello To Goodbye” all over the country. She will also be performing in Nigeria and Indonesia. Aside from her busy touring schedule Shontelle has been writing and recording material for her next project, as well as continuing to promote here sophomore album No Gravity.
Hal Linton released the video for his single “Southern Hospitality” and premiered it on BET’s 106 & Park. Hal is finishing up recording his debut album coming this summer.
Cara has been writing and recording for her debut album. She has been working with Dan Romer (Ingrid Michaelson) and Berrett Yeretsian (Christina Perri).
Taylor is finishing up his debut album. He has been writing and recording with Steve Kipner (The Script), Julian Bunetta, SRP, and Espionage (Train).
Vita has been finishing up her debut album with The Runners (Rihanna), The Cataracs (Far East Movement), Rodney Jerkins, Jim Jonsin, and SRP.
Brandon Alexander has recently been in the studio producing for Tyrese’s new album. Brandon has had cuts on Tank, Jaheim, and Ice Cube’s current projects.

Vita has been busy in the studio writing and recording songs for her upcoming album with The Cataracs (Far East Movement – Like a G6), Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins (Beyoncé, Lady Gaga), The Runners (Rihanna, Ciara, Justin Bieber), and SRP and Claude Kelly (Jason Derulo, Ke$ha, Fefe Dobson). Look for the first single from Vita in March from her debut album.
Berrett & Harrison
Berrett & Harrison are continuing to write and record material for their debut album. They were recently in the studio with SRP cutting live drums and bass with legendary session players Steve Jordan and Willie Weeks. They also cut two songs in L.A. with songwriter Steve Kipner (The Script) and will be working with Espionage (Train – Hey, Soul Sister) in January. Look for a Spring single followed by the debut album in the Summer.
Cara recently finished up a string of performance dates supporting Marc Cohn. She also shot a video for her song"Cigarette Smoke" that will debut online soon. Cara’s continuing to write and record material for her upcoming debut album, recent collaborators include Chris Carrabba (Dashboard Confessional) and writer/producer Dan Romer (Ingrid Michaelson). Rihanna’s album has sold nearly 3 million records worldwide. She also kicked off her Rated R World tour earlier this month in Europe and has been playing to packed arenas every step of the way. She is still in the studio recording new material and will continue touring Europe throughout the rest of the spring and will be bringing the tour state side beginning in July.
Shontelle has just come off of a successful national radio promotional tour and her single “Impossible,” from her sophmore album entitled No Gravity , is exploding at radio and on iTunes. Shontelle recently shot the video for “Impossible” in Los Angeles with director Taj (Ne-Yo, Rihanna, Musiq Soulchild). As Shontelle prepares for her upcoming August album release she continues to perform and make promotional appearances all over the country. “Impossible” will hit the U.K and the rest of Europe this summer.
Vita released her EP The Get Go which is available now for download and purchase at all online music stores. She also just finished a successful national radio promo tour for her debut single “Young Money”. Continuing in the line of success Vita will be performing all over the country this summer as part of the Bamboozle Roadshow, as well as The Lilith Fair Tour.
Cara Salimando performed multiple dates on shows at SXSW in Austin, TX and then hitting the road with Ingrid Michaelson and Mat Kearney. She also released her 5 song EP entitled Dust, , which is available now at all online music stores. She also just wrapped up a month long residency at The Living Room in New York and performed at Bamboozle in New Jersey. Cara will continue to perform throughout the summer including performing on the Lilith Fair tour in June. She will also complete the writing and production of her album.

Hal also just finished shooting the video for his debut single “Mind Control” with director Matt Lenski (Fall Out Boy, Regina Spektor) and is currently on a national radio promotional tour to promote the single.

Rihanna’s lastest album, Rated R has sold more than 2.5 million copies worldwide since its release in November. She recently shot the video for her new single “Rude Boy” with Melina directing, who has worked with Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Ne-Yo and Lady GaGa among others. Rihanna also recently picked up 2 Grammy Awards for her collaboration with Jay-Z and Kanye West on “Run This Town”. Rihanna is currently preparing to start her world tour that kicks on in Europe this April.
Shontelle is currently on a national radio promotional tour for her first single “Impossible” from her sophomore album No Gravity coming out this spring. The record is off to a strong start at radio and the video will be shot in Los Angeles later this month with Anthony Mandler’s protégé Taj directing. Meanwhile “Licky (Under The Covers)” is taking off in dance clubs around the country. The “Licky” video was shot in Hollywood and was directed by Ray Kay, who has directed videos for Lady GaGa, Beyoncé, The Dream, and Adam Lambert. In addition, Shontelle has been invited to perform for Prince Azim of the Royal Family of Brunei, an amazing honor she shares with other artists like Janet Jackon and Ne-Yo.
Vita is currently on a national radio promotional tour for her debut single “Young Money”. “Young Money” is taking off at radio and is off her upcoming debut album The Get Go, available exclusively on iTunes March 2nd with a wide release coming in May. The video for “Young Money” was shot in Hollywood with Rage directing.

SRP Writing & Production
SRP Publishing’s new signing, track writer, Brandon Alexander has been busy at work co-producing “Cry No More” on Hal Linton’s album, “I Choose You” from Ryan Leslie’s album Transition, and the song “Otha Half” on Jaheim’s new album _Another Rough" which sold more than 110,000 copies in its first week.
The video for the Sturken & Rogers song “Gypsy”, which was co-written with Amanda Ghost and Shakira, from Shakira’s new album She Wolf was shot in Spain and features tennis star Rafael Nadal.
